Testing
We utilise an online skills testing package which assesses candidate skills in:

• Office suite covering Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Data entry: numerical and alphanumeric speed/accuracy
• Accounting skills: MYOB theory
• Typing speed/accuracy
• Customer service/call centre operations
